We want you to love your story. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, just let us know within 30 days (via email or phone call) and we’ll issue a full refund less payment processing fees - no questions asked.
Refunds are processed upon request (not automatically with cancellations), and you’re welcome to keep the letters you’ve already received.
Refund Examples:
Example 1: if you made a mistake, cancel immediately after ordering and request a refund, you will receive a full refund less payment processing feeds. Expect to wait up to 7 days for processing.
Example 2: if you cancel within 30 days after ordering and request a refund, you will receive a full refund less payment processing feeds. Expect to wait up to 7 days for processing.
Example 3: if you cancel after the 30-day refund window, you will not receive a refund. You will receive the product mailed to you that you have paid for. After this, you will no longer be receiving the letters :(
Yearly Plan:
We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of your subscription - less payment processing fees. Refunds are processed upon request (not automatically with cancellations), and you’re welcome to keep the letters you’ve already received.
After 30 days and up to 60 days from your start date, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. After 60 days, refunds are no longer available. Any remaining letters will continue to be mailed to the address you provided.
Example 1: You purchase a 12-month plan for $179.99. After 40 days, you cancel. At this point, you've used about $22.50 worth of your $179.99 , so your refund will be close to $157 minus payment processing fees. Expect to wait up to 7 days for processing.
Example 2: You purchase a 12-month plan but cancel after two and a half months. At that point, the refund window has closed (we're past 60-days), so you’ll continue to receive the remaining letters in your subscription.
